• For roles where it is appropriate and reasonable we should send a screening problem that is appropriate for the role
  • I generally tell candidates that the problem should take between .5-2hrs and that while we appreciate thoroughness they should focus on getting the correct solution and test coverage where appropriate
    • Goal here is to not have them spend a ton of time on the problem to “prove” how much they want the job, it’s a screening problem to ensure that they have the skills necessary to do the role
