- For roles where it is appropriate and reasonable we should send a
screening problem that is appropriate for the role
- I generally tell candidates that the problem should take between
.5-2hrs and that while we appreciate thoroughness they should focus on
getting the correct solution and test coverage where appropriate
- Goal here is to not have them spend a ton of time on the problem to
âproveâ how much they want the job, itâs a screening problem to
ensure that they have the skills necessary to do the role
