Write down your values and the source of that value. Curate these values for the ones that raise vs. lower you. Track how your actions corresponded to the values you have:
- track where your time is spent via ScreenTime
- track how your discretionary money is spent vs. what it corresponds to in your values
You can also your compare how your historical choices vs. your values:
What are the three best and worst choices you have made and what are the underlying values that spawned them?
