Presentations

1. What are you presenting about?
2. Time constraints and format?
3. If your audience leaves the presentation knowing only one thing about the topic, what is that thing? Now what would be the three things?
4. Are you trying to accomplish anything besides informing the audience? (e.g. you’ve been asked to report on a project but you need to ask for a new hire)
5. Do you know the audience?
   1. If so, have you seen what types of presentations work?
   2. If not, do you know roughly the size of the audience and their backgrounds?
