The pie problem states that if you want more pie, you can either make the pie bigger so your slice is bigger or you can just make your slice of the same size pie bigger at the expense of other slices. Alternatively, are you trying to make the group âwinâ or make yourself win within the group1. This problem/question is important when considering Incentives for team members.
