Situation Task Action Result

The STAR framework is a methodology for answering Behavioral Interview Questions. First, you set context by describing the ****situation**** both from a business perspective and your own role. Then you discuss the task or goal at hand. For example, you were trying to reduce response time below 200ms. With the stage, set you then discuss what actions you took to accomplish the task. Actions will likely be the most significant part of the answer. Finally, you conclude with what the results of your actions were.
