In the book Lifespan1, David Sinclair lays out his personal regime to elongate his lifespan:

  • 1 g NMN every morning, 1 g resveratrol, 1 g metformin every day
  • Vit D, Vit K2 and 83mg aspirin
  • Limits sugar, bread, pasta
  • Skip one meal a day or reduce its size
  • Blood draws for biomarkers, modulates biomarkers with exercise
  • Plant based diet, eats meat on work out days
  • Walk/step count high, exercise regularly
  • Avoid DNA damage from smoking, UV exposure, x-rays, CT scans
  • Trys to stay cool/cold
  • Keeps body weight between 23-25
