In the book Lifespan1, David Sinclair lays out his personal regime to elongate his lifespan:
- 1 g NMN every morning, 1 g resveratrol, 1 g metformin every day
- Vit D, Vit K2 and 83mg aspirin
- Limits sugar, bread, pasta
- Skip one meal a day or reduce its size
- Blood draws for biomarkers, modulates biomarkers with exercise
- Plant based diet, eats meat on work out days
- Walk/step count high, exercise regularly
- Avoid DNA damage from smoking, UV exposure, x-rays, CT scans
- Trys to stay cool/cold
- Keeps body weight between 23-25
