- Coping Saw to make the rounded off side rails worked better than the jig saw, although, it might have been better to use the router and the circle cutter used in the decorative arches
- Fostner bit with the drill press made the hardware holes easy
- Used this blog as a styling reference
- Had to do a plunge cut with the decorative arches on the table saw. It worked, but after some googling, I probably should have raised the spinning blade up into the wood while clamped rather than dropping the wood into place.
