With a technical (individual contributor or Technical People Management) your interview process should include both Behavioral Interview Questions and a technical aspect. For more junior individual contributors you can focus on straight forward âWhiteboardingâ / programming problems. For more senior ICs and technical managers the technical section will likely include a System Design.
