  • Longer nighttime sleep develops around two months
  • three regular naps around 4 months
  • two regular naps around 9 months
  • one regular nap around 15-18 months
  • Drop napping at age three

Wake up time is generally consistent around 6-8 AM so earlier bed times will net longer sleep1.
