- Longer nighttime sleep develops around two months
- three regular naps around 4 months
- two regular naps around 9 months
- one regular nap around 15-18 months
- Drop napping at age three
Wake up time is generally consistent around 6-8 AM so earlier bed times will net longer sleep1.
