Procedure for Crossland CC11
- Mix 1 packet of dezcal in 32oz of warm water into the water reservoir
- Turn machine on allow to heat up, set to 1 cup espresso setting,
- Turn steam knob to run water through, run 16 oz through.
- Turn machine off
- Let sit for 20-30 mins
- Turn machine back on, run next 16 oz through
- Turn machine off
- Let sit for 20-30 mins
- Fill reservoir with clean water
- Run through full reservoir, test for citric acid taste at the end, if taste exists, run a second reservoir
